Double Doors – This option gives you a 6′ wide opening (not available on all sizes).
Sturdy Overhead Loft – They are built sturdy with 2×6 joist 2′ on center and 3/4″ tongue and groove floor sheeting. Perfect for that extra storage room!
Plywood Ramp – Made with pressure treated 2x4s and 3/4″ CDX.
2’x2′ vinyl sliding window – Framed with king studs, trimmers, window sill, and header in the framing and 1×4 trim for the exterior, the windows are horizontal sliders with double pain glass.
3’x2′ vinyl sliding window – Framed with king studs, trimmers, window sill, and header in the framing and 1×4 trim for the exterior, the windows are horizontal sliders with double pain glass.
3’x3′ vinyl sliding window – Framed with king studs, trimmers, window sill, and header in the framing and 1×4 trim for the exterior, the windows are horizontal sliders with double pain glass.
Roof Overhang – Available with open soffit and closed soffit.
Plastic Roof Vent – Are a plastic vent with approx 64 square inches of ventilation.
Ridge Vent – Corrugated material that goes under the ridge cap for ventilation across the entire ridge.
Metal Walk Doors – Similar to house doors, also mini- storage style doors.
Small Wall Vent – 4″ or 6″x16″ thin colored wall vent 12″x12″ Wall Vent – 12″x12″ heavy duty wall vent, colored white. 16″ Shelves – 2×3 framing with 7/16 osb plywood.

Our buildings come standard with t-111 and 1×4 pine trim.

You can upgrade to most types of siding and trim that you need to match your home and give you the look that you want! We can offer hardi-plank, vinyl, Lap siding, cedar, cedar shake, log style. Prices vary greatly depending on the shed and the type of siding and trim.

Roofing Options:

Our buildings come standard with 30 year Pabco Architectural style shingles. We offer 10 colors. Check out the Roofing Color page to pick out your roofing color. We do not currently offer Blue Slate and Birch Red.

You can upgrade to a Pabco 40 yr or 50 yr. Also we offer metal roofing with your choice of 21 colors. Also we can offer other brands of roofing as an upgrade.
